Darc 40

Similar to its sister, the RC 3 from the Berlina series, the DARC 40 is a classic two-way design with a closed cabinet. However, it also has a 2nd order high-pass filtering and thus also plays deep and clean in the bass range, with much more pressure than one would expect from its small volume.

Darc 60

The smallest floorstanding speaker in the DARC range. Big sound, big imaging, stunningly spatial and natural. Unbelievably pure and precise! The DARC 60 works according to the 2½-way principle: in the bass, both Gauder Akustik DARC drivers work together, from 120 Hz the lower one drops out steeply and only the upper one takes over the midrange reproduction. From 3400 Hz onwards, the ceramic or optionally diamond tweeter takes over (surcharge of 7.998,- € per pair). The 2½-way system is therefore very economical and combines the advantages of 2-way and 3-way speakers in an impressive way.

While the lower bass speaker works on a low-tuned, high-pass filtered bass reflex system, the upper bass sits in a closed cabinet so that the cabinet resonances are not coupled out via a bass reflex tube and distort the midrange. Listen to the DARC 60 at your dealer's and convince yourself of its uniquely natural sound!

Darc 80

Experience the incredible performance of this speaker cabinet. Deep and powerful, yet fast in the bass, it fully exploits the advantages of aluminium as cabinet material and ceramic as speaker bass material. Like the DARC 60, the DARC 80 works according to the very economical 2½-way principle with a reflex and a closed cabinet. A special feature of the DARC 80 is the extremely complex crossover, which has been calculated and tuned according to the latest findings. With a slope of over 60 dB/octave, the loudspeaker drivers rise and fall and thus only work in their perfect transmission range. This way, the ceramic speakers can be operated perfectly and without distortion! A new world in loudspeaker design!

Like all DARC models, the DARC 80 is optionally available with ceramic or diamond tweeters (for an extra charge of € 7,998 per pair).

The DARC 80 impresses with an unbelievably airy and dynamic music reproduction, the likes of which have never been heard before. The DARC 80 plays twice as big as it is!

Darc 100

The ultimate DARC speaker! Incredible dynamics, fine detail and three-dimensionality paired with an unbelievable sovereignty for the size. The DARC 100 is a true 3-way system with a ceramic double bass system in a high-pass filtered bass reflex cabinet. The midrange driver has a very light ceramic cone driven by a super-strong FeNd magnet. Together with the ceramic or diamond tweeters, the DARC 100 really gets every bit of information out of your recordings and puts it in the room. Three-dimensional and true to detail. You will forget about the DARC 100 after the first few beats and concentrate only on the music. Absolutely unique!

3-way floorstanding speaker with 4-way bass reflex bass system, high-pass filtered, ceramic midrange driver and optionally ceramic or diamond tweeter. Solid aluminium base, spikes finely adjustable via ball bearings, height indication via scale, built-in spirit level for perfect adjustment. BiWiring connection with WBT-Nextgen terminals. Darc 200

Especially with large loudspeakers, the advantages of aluminium as a cabinet material become even more significant compared to MDF or wood. The sound isolation, especially in the extreme low bass range, has an even more dramatic effect than with our smaller models. The avoidance of cabinet excitations caused by the vibrations of the loudspeaker cones plays an even more significant role accordingly. Listen to music completely undistorted and more dynamically than seemed possible before.

As a result, the DARC 200 reveals all the subtleties of a complex composition, shows all shades of timbre even more clearly and "shoots" impulses as if out of nowhere. Experience such a revelation of music during a listening test.

Technically, the DARC 200 is a three-way design with a high-pass filtered bass reflex system and a balanced 60dB/octave steep crossover that carries only the absolute highest quality components. You can choose between ceramic and diamond tweeters. And as always with us, the diamond can also be exchanged later at your home, so that you can also initially opt for the ceramic tweeter when purchasing.

Darc 240

Hi-fi in the living room often becomes a trauma, because room resonance modes deteriorate the bass reproduction to such an extent that any enjoyment of music is destroyed. By arranging the 4 woofers in the cabinet of the DARC 240, each room is excited so evenly that bass reproduction reaches a new level. Darc 250

Our top model of the DARC series impresses with its extremely elaborate four-way double bass construction and the use of the 50 mm midrange diamond speaker chassis. This midrange driver in particular resolves the finest musical details, bringing out the airiness of the recording while sounding unobtrusively light and pleasant. This makes the acoustic illusion even more immersive, even truer, even more accurate.

The DARC 250 also uses a balanced crossover with a 60 dB/octave slope, distributed over four separate circuit boards to avoid magnetic coupling. Of course, only components from Mundorf and Intertechnik are used in the DARC 250 that we have found to sound "perfect" in careful listening sessions over the past years.

Darc Center Grande

The DARC Center Grande is the ultimate centre speaker! Designed as a 3-way system, it is enormously resilient, powerful and ultimately equipped.
